Redux II
MOMENTS:
Mulder takes a breather, obviously upset, when he sees Scully lying in the hospital bed.
Mulder kisses Scully on her cheek, and during the conversation, he gently touches the side of her head, all
the while they're holding hands even as Mrs. Scully and Bill Jr. come in.  He kisses her hand when he leaves.
Mulder cries silently next to Scully's bedside in the middle of the night.  (You might also argue the idea that  he  kissed her hand during that night, as well.)
The next day, Mulder comes in and kisses her again.  *sigh*
Scully can barely let go of his hand when he begins to leave when Father McCue arrives. 
She volunteers herself to blame for the murder of Scott Ostelhoff to save Mulder.

QUOTES:

    "Have your father say a few 'hail Mulders' for me, okay?" - Mulder

NOTE:  Poor Mulder.  :(  After all that, he still is in anguish.
