[NRPG : Just a short post to show that I'm still alive.
Peter : Welcome back! See, I put in a special welcome back post just for Jim! :)
Sydnie : I know this was supposed to be a collaboration but you know me and my spontaneous ideas. This seemed just a bit more... x-filish and it should set up an interesting showdown.
All : Well, as you can see.. Mr. Starling and Rebecca Cross wasn't the only ones to be cloned. I wonder what kind of reception Leo and Zenya will have when they get back to the office? ]

[New York City - LaGuardia Int'l Airport]
Leo and Zenya trudged into the terminal, tired and still affected by their recent discovery of who was really behind the murders of their loved ones. The last thing that they wanted to see on the Arrivals/Departures board was...
"Delayed!" Leo said, perhaps a little too loudly. "Oh great, we'll have to sit around for an extra hour for our flight."
Zenya chuckled to herself and shook her head. The trip to New York turned out to be a bust, as far as finding out about what happened to the other Starling's body. "Well Leo, I'll go call the office to let them know, you can brave the line to get us checked in."
Leo muttered something in reply and headed off to the lines where it seemed like a million people were waiting to check in. Zenya looked at Leo again and gave off another chuckle as she headed off towards the phones.
[JEH - Zulu's office]
Martin had just returned to the office when the outside line began to ring. Seeing as how Jenny wasn't there, Martin sat behind the receptionist desk and picked up the line.
"Hello, this is the office of Team Zulu. How may I help you?"
[er... Jenny, you're voice seemed to get a bit deeper.]
"Ha ha Zenya, Jenny went out to lunch or at least I think she did." Martin replied into the receiver. "She's not here right now."
[*chuckle* Oh well, that's fine. I just wanted to let everyone know that our flight out of New York has been delayed for about an hour. The trip up here has been a bust. We'll fill everyone in on what we didn't find when we get back.]
"That's fine. I'll let Jordan and Vanessa know when they get back."
[Thanks. We'll see you when we get back.]
"Laters, bye." Martin replied as he hung up the phone. He then got up and went into their office and back to his desk. He looked at the picture of Emily and himself and kicked himself for not asking if they ran into her while they were up there.
A few minutes later, he heard a ruckus coming from the outer office. A second later, the door opened and a box was tossed into the room, followed by the smiling face of Agent Jim Reaper as he walked into the room.
"Hey Jim, what happened." Martin said, "They kicked you out of the Training department already?"
Jim laughed as he walked to Martin's desk. "I guess they thought my training style was too... how shall we say... intense."
Martin laughed as well as he got up to carry Jim's stuff to his desk, seeing that Jim had another box in his hands. It was then that they heard the door open and close a second time. The laughter left Martin's face as he saw Leo and Zenya standing inside the door.
Jim turned around and said, "Hey Leo, Zenya... I'm back!"
Martin then whispered, "Jim, it's not them. Leo and Zenya are still in New York."
Jim gave Martin a confused look, then started to draw his gun only to find that "Leo" and "Zenya" already had their guns trained on them.
"Don't make us hurt you." 'Leo' told them. "That's not what we want. We just need to know what you know. Drop your guns."
'Zenya' pulled out a canister and tossed it toward Jim and Martin as she and 'Leo' put on gas masks. A few moments later, Jim and Martin dropped to the floor unconscious.
[LaGuardia Int'l Airport - Ticket counter]
Leo trudged up to the ticket counter with tickets in hand and trying the best he could to muster a smile.
"Oh, hi there. Did you miss your earlier flight?" the all-too-perky ticket agent asked.
"Excuse me?" Leo asked, his confusion showing clearly on his face.
"You were here a couple of hours ago with your fellow agent, the red-haired one for a flight back to Washington D.C." the agent said with a smile.
Leo scratched his head and returned her smile. "I think you might have us mistaken for someone else. We had this flight booked the day before yesterday and here we are now." As he said this, Zenya came up by Leo's side and watched the exchange.
"hmmmmm..." the ticket agent said as she pondered the thought. "I guess you could be right. It's been a hectic day today." She wrote down the flight information and put both Leo's and Zenya's tickets into their respective sleeves and gave it back to Leo. "Well, I hope you enjoy your flight."
Leo smiled and said, "I hope we do also. Thanks."
With that, Leo and Zenya headed off towards their gate in order to wait for their delayed flight.
