ZULU-ites,
Andrew Bell (TD Josh Peters) asked me to forward this to you for your information.
Alton
The car headed in a south westerly direction, but at least he
was off of those darn highways. He noticed the odd farmland
started to show up as he monitored his ongoing journey.
Was this damn Station X situated in a field, in the middle of
nowhere?, he thought to himself. The clouds had started to
shadow his every move by now, the time on his watch read
9:17am and his fingers started to itch. He lit his third
cigarette.
"Come on dark building where are you?" Vynce mutterd to
himself.
He was also given a brief description of the Station X facility
by Josh Peters, and by the diagrams, road descriptions he
had compiled, and by the never ending three hour journey he
had adorned, he should be arriving at his destination at any
moment.
"A quiet lane, lots of trees and not much traffic" he muttered
once more.
"It should be around here somewhere...aahh!"
He reversed his Calibra into a side entrance off of a long
stretch of road, after firstly driving past it. There stood the
exact likeness to the description of Station X poking through
some trees. It was larger than he first imagined.
He drove up along a dirt track for about two minutes before
coming to the front of the building, and observed a small
number of parked cars. "A busy day, or just business as
usual?" he asked himself.
Vynce parked his car and quickly retrieved the necessaries
he needed to take with him. He ajusted his suit, and hastily
made way to the front doors, ready to meet Josh Peters for
the first time......

Scene: Training Director's Office
"Suzanne, any sign of my next appointment?"
"Not yet, but he isn't due for a couple of minutes! You look
awful, Josh. Late night, perhaps?", asked Suzanne
wickedly.
He had spent a fair while on the phone to Kate, getting up to
date on their current assignment, but it wasn't that. He
hadn't been sleeping well all this week, and had no
reasonable explanation why. For some reason, he just
wasn't getting a great deal of sleep, and it was starting to
catch up with him. Suddenly, there was a knock on the
outer door, and Vynce Edwards opened it. Josh beckoned
him on through into the inner office, whilst Suzanne went
back to her work.
"Vynce, glad you made it in one piece. Always a good
thing to see, especially in recent times. We've had some
interesting happenings. I won't keep you longer than I have
to. You no doubt want to leap straight into training. I'm
assigning you to Classroom E, with Special Agent Richard
Corrigan as your instructor. Richard is one of our best, and
will teach you everything you need to know out in the field.
If you speak to my assistant, Suzanne, she'll provide you
with instructions of getting down to the classroom. They're
more straightforward than the instructions for getting here, I
can promise you that! All I can say now is welcome to the
team, and good luck in training!"
Josh shook hands with the newest recruit to the Division,
watched him grab his instructions and then depart. After a
few minutes, Josh got up from his desk and strolled out into
the outer office.
"Do you want a cuppa, Suzanne?"
"Sure boss!", she replied, glad to see him in a slightly better
frame of mind.
Josh went over to the coffee machine and set things up for
the two of them. Suddenly, things started to spin and fade
between consciousness and blackness. Moments later,
things went totally black.
Suzanne looked up at the crash, astonished as she saw
Josh collapsed on the floor. Barely suppressing the panic
that flooded her, she picked up the phone.
"Get someone up here immediately. The Training Director
has collapsed!"
