COMMENTS: This guy has a weird, stylized look that doesn't go with the others. Kinda weird. As you can see, I really screwed up on his face -- but the mini sucks, so it doesn't matter. I applied a blue wash for the shadows on the suit, and it turned the whole thing blue. I had to drybrush white so that it looked halfway decent.
