Mutilated Cats Baffle B.C. Police Recently, a number of surgically mutilated cats have been found dead near Kamloops, British Columbia. The cats are sliced precisely in half (with one half missing), parts of the cats are missing, and all blood has been removed from the cats (exsanguination). Three cats found in Kamloops are similar to other cases two years ago in Vancouver. The mutilations are hauntingly similar to cattle mutilations that have occurred throughout North America since the early 1970s. The Killings have prompted Michael Strainic, the Canadian Director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), to investigate. Strainic has suggested that lasers may have been used to make the surgically precise cuts. Despite these strange circumstances, no evidence has been found linking the mutilations to UFOs. Many pound officials in Kamloops and Vancouver have theories of their own. Kamloops Municipal Bylaw Supervisor Mark LaPierre believes the cats are being mutilated by a deranged individual. Other pound officials believe coyotes are responsible for the carnage. For the moment, the cat mutilation mystery remains as such, until some viable theories have been produced (instead of coyotes capable of exsanguination).
