******CHARGING YOUR STONES******
Charging and programing stones (especially crystals):
1. Clear your stone by placing it overnight in salt or salt water or by cleansing it with a smudge stick.
2. Create an affirmation. State it in the present tense and in a positive way: not "I will not judge myself," but "I accept myself."
3. Hold your crystal in both hands and close your eyes. Silently repeat the affirmation, visualize yourself in the desired situation (self-acceptance, for example), and imagine how it feels to be in that situation. When you can easily visualize and feel the situation the crystal is programmed.
4. Place the crystal in a spot where it will be undisturbed. We've
found it very effective to write the affirmation on a piece of paper and
place it beneath the crystal. Keep crystal and paper together until
what you have affirmed manifests (comes to pass).
