Best backup utility I've seen yet !

Ghost allows you to backup your Harddisk into an image file,
compressed or not, which can be stored on any type of media.
You can backup to/from a network drive, and even split your
backup over several disks. You can also backup several partitions
into one image, and select which partition to restore. It's fast, runs in
DOS, has a nice GUI, and supports MANY command-line options.

this download comes with Ghost Explorer ,which allows you to open
your Ghost image, and browse through the partitions/files contained
within, and you can select which files to restore, or just copy some
files from the image into any folder of you chosing.
