Is it like a bolt from the blue?
Is it like a blinding white light?
 
Is it some shadowy faced creature telling me things amongst the clouds?
Is it like the old stories of the Black School?
With shaggy hands thrusting glowing scrolls from stone walls in the darkness?
 
The answer is no.
 
Sometimes it is in dreams - and sometimes these dreams are like this.
But that is as close as it gets to these things.
 
Sometimes it is just combinations of synchronicities.
Take for example, the story of Custos Sut wandering in the city - looking for a sign.
 
He could not find anything obvious.
He looked at the movements of the peoples and saw nothing.
He was about to give it up when he lost consciousness.
 
He came to standing in a record store.
He had bought the new "Tool" C.D.
 
He sat down at the bus stop and opened the case and saw the following:
 

 
So you ask me how signs and revelations come?
 
My answer is simple.
