I just wanted to post a message to all of you concerning the recent
situation with R3D. First let me say that I was out of the country for
the last 2 weeks and a lot has taken place without my personal
knowledge (or approval). I am working right now to clarify the
situation once and for all and will be posting an official company
line on the situation as soon as I can get management approval (should
be before the end of the week). But let me say this... there should
have NEVER been a 1.3 release. I had requested that a diagnostic
utility be created for end users for testing R3Ds... that's it. I
really don't want to get into why it was done but let me say that a
little marketing in the hands of an engineer is a dangerous thing! In
any case, I apologies for seeming like we have ignored the issued...
believe me, I  have not. We will have an official statement very soon.
I just wanted all you to know that we are not trying to mislead or
ignore all of you. Thank you for support and patience.
