Happy Birthday, Master

This is the document that I used to formally "offer my leash" to my Master on his birthday,
May 21, 1998

Master, today is your birthday. It is also a special "milestone" for us together. Today Master, as my birthday gift to You, I formally offer You my leash. If you should accept, from this day forward, I will belong to YOU, completely, and exclusively. I will serve none but You, and I will serve You without limits, without restrictions, and with my whole body, and my whole heart.
Master, if You accept my leash, beginning now, and continuing on, I will be Your property. I will be Yours to do with as You choose, to serve You in any way that You wish. I will do this because in serving You, I will also achieve my heart's desire. I want to belong to You, Master, to be owned by You completely. In this way, I know that we will grow and journey to places together that neither of us dreamed possible before. This is not a journey either of us were looking for, but here we are. I am so happy to be sharing this journey with You. I know that under Your guidance and ownership, I will continue to reach depths of submission that I have never dreamed possible before.
You have touched my life so deeply Master, You have set my spirit free to soar. I now offer myself to You, Master, in return for the incredible gifts which You have given me. I offer You myself freely and completely. You have never asked more of me than I was willing and able to give. You have looked deep inside me and found emotions and responses that I never dreamed were there. In return, I now formally offer to You my heart, my body, and my soul. I know I will be safe and protected by Your love.
If You accept my leash now, Master, I vow to strive to serve You in any way You wish, to the best of my ability and to continually work to serve You more fully, make You more happy, and return to You a portion of the happiness which You have so freely given to me.
