2. If the behaviour offends you personally, you can obtain the person's I.P. address by highlighting the name of the person and by clicking on "obtain details". Please record the number and the offensive language used, the time it occurred and send a complaint by E-mail to the internet provider.

As you can appreciate, we are unable to predict who is going to join our Chat Lounge. Please use discretion. In particular, do not reveal personal details. We suggest you do not give your E-mail address or any other personal details. A good idea is to open a publicly avaliable E-mail account (www.mailcity.com, www.hotmail.com or the Australian based www.start.com.au) and use these accounts for your unverified internet dealings.
