Ranma and friends must be the funniest anime I've seen in a long time. Ranma Saotome of the Saotome Anything-Goes School of Martial Arts travels with his father into China on a training mission. They visit the legendary Training Grounds of the Accursed Springs, where wouldn't you know it? They fall in!

Now Ranma's a girl everytime he hits cold water and his pop's a panda! But a situation like that isn't half enough. Add an unwanted engagment to the cutest girl in Furinkan High (who happens to "hate boys") and let the fun begin. Ranma's turning heads as a chick and a guy both. Generally everyone who meets him falls in love with either his male half or his female, resulting in an equal hatred for his other half!
