Animation like this is also free. All you need to tell me is what you want the animation to do. You can have either a message like above or a fader graphic like below. Fader graphics can't be more than 50 frames or else the file size will be so large it would take up too much space in a file manager if you have a limited space. You can basically have two messages the one below has only one. They also can not be too large of a size in pixels. Message animations like above can have up to 10 frames in other words 10 banners put together with whatever you want on each banner.
