Joining the X-Philes' Underworld is a lot like joining a web ring. The only requirement is that you save an Underworld banner and display it at the bottom of your page, remembering to make a link to the Underworld main page. Once you sign up by filling out the form mail, the option to save the banners will be available to you, complete with instructions (even if you don't know HTML very well).
