It has been a great experience for me owning an older
American car but it is
an indulgence I can't afford.
I am
really unsure about market value but would imagine that offers around
A$16 000 might interest me. Perhaps you could add this price to
the web
page.
Car has just been relicensed for 12 months
and is used a couple of times per
week. It has done 10 000 miles
in the past 5 years but I don't know how old
the motor is -
as you are aware it is not the original motor.
Upholstery was
completely redone about 8 years ago and is fine except for
the
stitching opening up on some of the panels. Paint is very good with
only
minor blemishes.
In the last 5 years I have had the
suspension completely rebuilt, had the
heads done up. the transmission
reconditioned, brake cylinder and lines
replaced and have had
the car regularly serviced. The roof is fine and works
well
but the "0" rings leak fluid and the resevoir needs topping
up from time
to time. |
