Here is a photo of an old friend of mine who
is now in Germany teaching
English to Germans. - Who would have guessed.
This picture was taken during a triathalon in Spain 1998.
It was taken after 3.8 kilometers swimming, 180 kilometers cycling and at about 30 kilometers into the marathon. All he wanted to do at this stage is find a corner somewhere to crawl into and die!
He placed 14th out of 500. Had a good day for some reason!
The name of the race was the Ironman Lanzarote.
Lanzarote is a Spanish island in the canary islands.
March 2001 Update...Gary was married in July 1999 to a lovely Russian Beauty called Anastasiya.
I hope she can keep up with you...

Hi,
the last e-mail I got from you was the photo of
you's that I put on the net...
I replied to that one.
I have been getting a lot of spam lately so I've got my e-mail sorter set to
"ruthless" so anything with a reference to financial gain or sex is
