*Captain Froyn, commander of the Blue Pea, gulped. He knew that Cheesybean had been a friend of TDK since before the wars and Cheesybean stood by his friends... usually. He must be incredibly desperate to permit such drastic action to control him*

*DC and Scorpion continued to run after Marissa, granted not as fast as before, but still technically running. Scorpion continued to throw ammo at her missing every time and very often hitting stormtroopers trying to stop all three of them. They eventually found their way into a prison cell where Marissa had cornered and baricaded herself behind the dead bodies of the prisoners and the officers that had been there. She readied a stormtrooper's riffle and finally started returning fire. Scorpion and Marissa just sat there throwing everything they had at eachother. Each completely missing the other.*

*DC stayed out of view of Marissa slowly summoning .... something. At that moment TDK and his tank barged through the brig doorway, again leaving a larger one in its wake. TDK poped out of the top hatch, helmet and flare in place.* Ok, everyone! Cease fire! *And to clarify his point, he fired a round at the collection of bodies Marissa was hiding behind and blasted it away. Both Marissa and Scorpion decided it would be a good idea to stop shooting and so they did. DC on the other hand continued summoning with a concerned look on his face. TDK's arrival had distracted him. He couldn't stop, but there was no way to know what he would summon now. All he knew is that it would be annoying.*

*TDK's form changed while DC watched. His dark grey skin slowly became a caucasian white. His black hair became blonde, and his expression turned from that of cheerful victory to that of total fear. This was no longer TDK. This new person simply dropped the flare and said on thing.* Where am I?

As the small shuttle flew into the city, Cyborg detected nothing. Not nothing in the usual sense, but simply _nothing_. Once again, he had entered a psi-null field. "Is this entire city covered in a psi-null field?" The alien starts a hand gesture, perhaps a bit like sign language, but realizes something. It insteads nods it's head. Presumably, it was meaning yes, if it knew the human meaning of the gesture. This could be a problem. It also means a) No chance right now of figuring out this place b) No chance of coherant plans. Not that he hadn't dealt with Problem B before.....

Damn, damn, damn! Inside the psi-null field, there was no real way to communicate to this 'Cyborg-Stan' character! Oh well. Supossing an improv should be in order now. Rounding around a building, he saw the a few dozen police vechiles. Crap. This is gonna be hard. Back tracking for a bit, he sits down and thinks furiously.

While watching the alien sit and think for awhile, Cyborg Stan gathered his thoughts. From what he could tell, the armanment on this shuttle equalled : Zilch. Opposition : Heavily Armed. Numerous. Objective : Somehow herd an entire family of aliens from under their noses, during a raid and despite communication difficulties, AND the temporary loss of his psi-powers. Cyborg got up to the point when the alien reached for the controls again, and steered the ship towards a building. The alien, opening a hatch, jumped out. Motioning to the screen, it seemed that he was giving him instructions. But what? Frowning, the alien went back..... and reprogrammed the moniter. It then showed the police blips, and a blip that was presumably the shuttle. The shuttle goes back into the city, and almost crashes into buildings at top speed. Some police blips appear behind it.... and almost crashes into the police raid as the shuttle zooms through. Sounds like a plan. After turning on a switch, the alien runs quickly away. It was only after figuring out which is the accelerate control did a small question appear within the back of Cyborg Stan's mind. How do you fly this thing, anyway?

On the Far Star, suddenly, a signal beckoned... After all this time, after all they'd been through, the return signal was coming through. Elisia placed her hands into the interface, receiving instructions... 'Send all accumulated data, then move to these coordinates in this universe's space. Wait for us to latch onto the engine matrix signature and we'll pull you back.' Setting the system to transmit all data, Elisia smiled. Finally, they were going home...

Far, in another universe, great minds sifted the data transmitted by the Far Star, chronicling the experiences of Mel and Elisia, and placing them into general storage for filing and cross referenceing. Disturbing things emerged, though. Contamination. Elisia was mentalic! No mentalic could be allowed to roam Infinity space, no matter her alliegience. Mel had compromised protocols. Copying his matrix into native hardware. Something was seriously wrong. However, policy was clear in that regard... They had one of the Lurker's on their ship. Perhaps they could take advantage of the distortion field to make one other intrusion...

The Warship came about, precisely maneuvered to make it's entry. It's task was simple. Destroy the Far Star. Infinity command had the information they needed, with knowledge of matter transport, warp, hyperspace, and nuclear disruption fields, they had all they needed from them. Mel and Elisia were good operatives, but mentalic practice/research and technological compromise was punishable by death by Infinity law. This ship was much like the Far Star, except this one was outfitted with weaponry, as well as the best fighting force available off the assembly line. Their task. Destroy the Far Star, it's occupants and the technology. Then return. Simplicity itself. Of course, given recent events, and the recent appearance of an Improbability Field in the region, special outfitting had been hastily installed as well. It, too, would be taken care of...
