MiG-29 Fulcrum
The MiG-29 like the F-16 is a very maneuverable plane.
When the MiG-bureau designed the MiG-29 the wanted an airplane which had low drag and and high
maneuverability.
The Fulcrum was the result. It is a little bit bigger than the F-16 but they are very similar in flight characteristics.

The aircraft has a pulse-doppler-radar and combined with the AA-10 Alamo missile it gives the aircraft a look down/shoot down-capability. The MiG-29, like the Su-27 uses a helmet-mounted sight.
It also have a good thrust/weight ratio, in fact it has the greatest climb ratio of every modern fighters in the world.
