The bike is a Yamaha, 650, Maxim Shaft Drive. Would you believe it's almost 20 years old? Me either. That's almost twice the lifespan of the average bike (excluding Harley's that is). I got the bike in exchange for some remoldeling work I did on a friend's lake cabin. The same guy that did the upholstery work on the Satellite recovered the seat on this too. Excellent work. Other than that, new tires and oil changes are all that have been required and like the Satellite, it's in near mint condition as well. I don't actually get to ride it as much as I'd like to. Hopefully that will change. This photo shoot was conducted by a good friend of mine, John Deinst, who's been doing professional photography for about 20 years.
