This
massive structure consists of eight large Mako
reactors to power itself, owned by the evil and
corrupt corporation, Shinra, Inc. The threat of
Mako, which rips energy from the planet, causes
life to slowly perish. This threat has caught the
attention of the terrorist group Avalanche, based
underneath the massive disc in heavily populated
slums. Their determination has grown to a point
where their goal is to destroy the Mako reactors. |

Sector
7 Slums
The Sector 7 Slums
home many less "fortunate" people and also
possesses the Avalanche HQ, a small terrorist group bent
on destroying Midgar's Mako reactors.
Sector
5 Slums
Sector 5 Slums also home dozens of other people. Aeris'
house and a small church reside in this area. Strangely
enough, sunlight is able to pour through a small area
around the church.
The
Wall Market
This massive area,
located in Sector 6, patrons many of the populous living
in the slums and is run by Don Corneo, a local resident
who has a love, but less respecting appreciation for
women.
Shinra
HQ
Atop the massive
plate and located at the center of the city is Shinra
Headquarters. This massive 69 floor building is the
center of Shinra's powerful conglomerate. It is here that
President Shinra looks down upon the people from his
mighty empire.

This
large Shinra operated naval base rests
elloquently off the west coast of the largest
continent. The town, once peaceful and tranquil,
has now become and overpopulated and polluted.
Junon is a battle station that posseses the
enormous Sister Ray. In addition to the massive
ray, there is an airport for transportation as
well as an underwater reactor beneath the
surface. |

Harbor (Town)
This small town
resides just outside of Junon and has become an
overpoluted and underpopulated locale. Most of the people
living in this town have a genuine but unsurprising
dislike for Shinra.
Underwater
Reactor
Beneath the ocean, a
massive Underwater Mako Reactor powers Junon and is
accessable through a small tunnel connecting directly
from the shore.

This
quiet and peaceful community rests not too far
from Midgar. With old-fashioned architecture and
a beautiful square, Kalm is the perfect town.
Kalm is powered my Midgar's mako reactors, with
many shops, inns, and other attractions. |

Mideel
is a peaceful and distant town, located on the
souternmost island. It houses many retired people
with a health spa and resort-like atmosphere.
However, beneath the town is a massive well of
the lifestream, pulsating underneath. |

This
tiny farm is home to Choco Billy. His stables can
be rented for the purpose of holding Chocobos. You can also breed and raise
them here. |

This
massive temple holds the Cetra shrine as well as
the black materia, the most powerful materia on
the planet. Its inner structure consists of
mazes, caves, and a clock-like hallway. |

Fort Condor's statue holds a mighty power that Shinra wishes to obtain. Opposed to Shinra, Fort Condor is the home of a resistance. However, their resources are limited and time grows short for the inevitable loss. Seeking help, Fort Condor will take anyone they can get their hands on. |
