In 1989,Dad
picked up this 1950 Merc Coupe. Didn't do too much to it, he
designed, made, and put an interior in it himself, tuned it
up,rebuilt carb,replaced one water pump,and then it sat for about
8 years. He didnt do too much to it over the course of that 8
years, just thought how he was going to do it up someday. It was
on the road in '97, and then he enjoyed it all up to now.It's now
in the process of an engine swap, from Flathead to 350 chevy.Yes,
that flathead thats for sale that's mentioned on the main page is
the one from the Merc.
In july 1998, I
bought my first vehicle, its a 1979 Chevrolet pick up Scottsdale.
I found it at a car show in Longbranch, NJ. New paint, 350/335hp,
Amercian Racing rims, fiberglass tonneau cover, custom tube
grill, new chrome, dropped spindles, dropped 4'' in front, and
2'' in rear, dual exhaust.
