A summary of the 2000 Marching Clarinet Season
The band had about 170 members
There were 10 marching clarinets
The CSU Rams football record was 10-2
The Rams beat the University of Colorado Buffalos (again!) 28-24
The CU game occurred at Mile High Stadium- there was no police action
A number of CSU games were televised
The band received attention from ESPN during our first move
to the middle of the stadium
The Rams were crowned Mountain West Conference Champions (again!)
The title earned them an appearance at the 2000 Liberty Bowl, in Memphis
The Rams lost the Liberty Bowl, versus the University of Louisville, 22-17
