We all know that you and Eloy are very much in love, but how did you figure out he was The One?

You just know. You care so much for the person. You'd do anything for them. You're happy together and you're best friends. You trust each other. You tell each other everything- any problems. And you're always there for each other.

How long before you can tell that love is real and not just intuition?

You just know. You know when you're in love. You feel it.

Do you believe in love at first sight?

Absolutely. You fall in love and if the person turns out to be horrible you get over it.

What do you think makes someone beautiful?

Smile. Eyes. Personality.

What are the most attractive qualities in a partner?

Caring and honesty. Trust. A sense of humour.

Are you any good at chat-up lines?

No. I'm just hopeless at chat-up lines. I don't use them. I just go straight to the point. Some chat-up lines are really cheesy- people don't go for it.

Is there anything that would put you off someone you'd previously thought as fanciable?

I don't like rudeness. They'd have to be very mellow and lighthearted. And very tall, dark and handsome!

What's the best place to go on a date?

It depends on what you're looking for. If you really want to impress, I suggest you hire a private plane and go to Paris for the night and go to the Eiffel Tower. My perfect night would be in Holland. I'd go for a Japanese meal and then afterwards to a casino. When I come home, I'd go and sit by the lake or go out on my boat. Come back in, sit with a bottle of wine, have loads of candles- I light 40 each night; it takes me about half an hour to do it- and make a fire. And I like watching 'Friends'- that's a perfect night.

Are you romantic?

Yes, I am romantic; I think it's nice to be romantic. I think it's important to be romantic so that your partner, he or she, feels loved and appreciated and I like my anniversaries and stuff like that. On our last anniversary, our 1 year anniversary, we did loads of things. I sent Eloy 500 white roses with 1 red rose in the middle. We had about 10 vases that were all full.

What's with the rumours of you moving to Holland permanently?

I'm always going to have a base in Ireland. My family's in Ireland, Eloy's family's in Holland so we go back and forth from Holland to Dublin.

Would you ever do a celebrity Big Brother for charity?

I couldn't, not unless Eloy was in there with me and we could have a private room. I couldn't agree. I'm too comfortable at home at my own place. I'd miss my dogs, you know. I'd miss walking. I'd probably be the first kicked out! I'd do 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' for charity.
