Being a Captain involves many responsibilities and for you to be relied on. To do
this i've written down the following things below so you know what your in for
before you apply to be a Captain. |
Basic Rules Firstly you have to be able to recieve mail mainly by me and send mail to your team members. Also you may have to attend chat meetings from time to time so we can discuss our next games strategies e.t.c. In-Game When your actually in the action you'll have to be able to issue orders to your team. This will affect the whole game and your orders are vital. Also in game you have to be able to organize your team easily achieve your mission. OutGame When your out of the game you would have monitered your teams ability, response e.t.c which makes it your job to correct them if they need it, promote them if they have done well over periods of time and demote them if they have failed you or have been unreliable e.t.c Rules of Respect Promoting and Demoting can affect the game all round and should be done with extreme thought and consideration to the members. This is an example of why i want reports on each member so i can make judgment too. PaperWork As i said above i want reports on team members on a fortnightly basis. I don't expect too much but just a short summary of their performance in every game they have played in the 2 weeks. |
