Taipei

My first impression of Taipei is the wet climate, very obvious from other places. Taipei is the capital, and also the largest metropolis in Taiwan, as crowded and noisy as Shanghai. but in my eyes it is still rather small compared to Shanghai. it's located in a basin, I think that's the most important reason to prevent Taipei to expand. another difference from other metropolis is that there are not many high buildings there because of geoligical reason -- there is not strong rock layer underground. here, just let my show you some photographies to you: I also have been to Keelong. it also belong to Taipei area, so I decide to include it in this page. Keelong is one very important harbor to Taiwan. and there are many types of delicious food there as well. unfortunately, I am not interested in food at all :-(.
