Manipulative and cruel, this type of person is quite powerful and earns their reputation. They are quite capable of creating perfect plans but usually leave holes so they can see their enemies hopeless struggle before they crush them outright. To this person, only their goals have meaning, they often have lofty grand dreams and don't care how many people they crush to achieve them. The problem is they are often competent enough to succeed.
