This type of person is sneaky and cruel. They like to put up a facade of innocence to trick people, and trick them they will. Most of the time they spend with others is in trying to manipulate them or humiliate them. Through often they do this while under higher orders. They have absolutely no scruples and are quite vicious when they are not acting.
