Ship
Hector Launch (September 15 - 17)
Canada's
First Tall Ship of the Millennium will be launched right here in Pictou,
Nova Scotia. Local carpenters have been building an exact replica of the
infamous Ship Hector and after 10 years, it is finally ready to sail on
the 16th. All weekend there will be celebrations of the Scottish culture
and heritage. |
