Doubler Border Set 2

It's really easy to use these double border backgrounds. For backgrounds using 1024X768 resolution, all you need is a table with three cells across. The properties for the table should be set on default with the borders, cell spacing and cell padding all set on 0.   The first cell is set left, top, and 200 pixels.  The center cell is set center, top, and 600pixels.  The third cell is set at right, top, 200 pixels.   You would use the center cell for all your text and graphics.  That keeps all the text and graphics centered on your page.
