Summary: After their experience on Pokemon Island, Ash and friends were happy to take a break off from their journey at the beautiful Porta Vista. While there, they mistakenly took someone's boat, and further more, crashed into team rocket, lost control, and slammed into a dock. The owner of the boat as well as the dock, Moe, was pretty upset. Misty suggested that they work to repay him. At first, their attempt to bring more customers to moe's restaurant fail, but after Ash uses his Pokemon to help, they start to bring in costumers.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket lands on a beach that belongs to some mean old woman, Brutella , and they, too, suggest to help her with her restaurant. After they notice the increase in customers at Moe's, Team Rocket sabotages his restaurant by playing practical jokes, like poring gas into the grill, blowing away all the flyers, and tripping Misty and Bulbasaur causing them to spill food all over the customers. After a short while, customers leave, and Moe is once again at a lost.
Then, Brutella along with TR comes in and taunts him about it, and threatens that she will take Moe's boat if he doest pay her back for the money he owes her by the following day. Ash feels partly responsable for what's happened, but he has run out of ideas. Then, Prof. Oak and Ash's mom make a surprize visit. Oak suggests that they advertise Moe's restaurant at a beauty and pokemon costume contest, and Misty decides to enter.
At the contest, Brock is the announcer, and Misty does a great job modeling, although she's embarrassed. Squirtle and Starmie come out as extraterestrials. Then, Team Rocket's Pokemon come out while they were instructed by Brutella to destroy the contest and Moe's resturaunt. But the Pokemon are kicked of the stage..... by none other than Gary. As usual, his egotistical self gets the best of him, and he puts Ash down. Ash gets really pissed, and jumps on stage from the audience and challenges Gary to a match. Gary informs Ash that he doesn't have his Pok�mon with him. Then Team Rocket comes along to destroy the contest in their Garados submarine. Everybody in the audience freaks out, but Ash calms them down, and sends out Charmander and Pidgeotto to stop TR. Charmander fires at the torpedo that TR sent, and it turns on team rocket, driving them away, and strait into 's Brutella restauraunt. As her restaurant goes up in a bang, she and Team Rocket go blasting off again.
As Ash bids farewell to Prof. Oak, and his mom, Mrs. Ketchum says how proud she is of her "little man".
