This is a page for the PageSlave pod (special interest group at www.tripod.com). Its intent is to explore various HTML constructs and web page features. At this point it's a very simple page, since I've only recently started coding in HTML. At some point, I plan to start using Word or Frontpage to compose my web pages.
My philosophy is to keep things simple. I have come across many web pages that are too cluttered, that are hard to read because of distracting backgrounds or low-contrast foreground/background color choices or small fonts. I also want to use graphics judiciously. That is why my home page and most pages I expect to produce will be mainly text.
