Stupid (and sometimes useful) Netscape Tricks The following "about:" commands can be typed in the URL Location text box: about:cache displays disk cache statistics about:memory-cache displays memory cache statistics about:image-cache displays image cache statistics about:global displays global history entries The following "about:" commands can be typed in the URL Location text box or used as a hypertext link: about:plugins displays installed plug-ins about:document displays information about the current document about:license displays Netscape license agreement about: displays Netscape version information (click on the Netscape logo for a surprise) Instead of typing full URLs, you can just type the middle part (ie yahoo rather than http://www.yahoo.com). This only works for URLs that start with "http://www" and end with ".com", but that covers a LOT of popular URLs.
