The Washington-Greene Association of REALTORS® (WGAR) and Tech Break
Computers, Inc. (TBCI)
joined forces in designing a custom Affordable Membership Database
compliant with the National
REALTORS® Database System (NRDS) to be the Point of Entry (POE).
Technology is touching every
aspect of our lives. As an Association Executive Officer (AEO), we
need to be current with technology in the
workplace and on line.
WGAR is a trade Association with over 400+ members and only one full
time AEO. Time management
is critical to all of us, especially a one-person staff office! Members
come, members go and so
does the paper work.
If you:
a.. Maintain your own records on a regular basis they will be accurate;
b.. Transmit your records to NRDS; Then poof, you are up-to-date!

This Affordable NRDS Software Program does not have an accounting program.
Most Associations
have an accounting program and CPA?s.
This program will allow you to:
a.. Create and track office records and member records
b.. Read, change or add NRDS numbers
c.. Search fields like join date, orientation date, birth date, i.e.,
d.. Keep records for positions held by Board of Directors, create committee
roster, awards,
attendance roster for meetings
e.. Print dues invoices and labels for offices and members
f.. Read or add financial and demographic records
g.. Mandated fields are highlighted in red
so there is no second guessing if this is a
required field for NRDS
h.. Upload your records to NRDS ? (What a relief!)
i.. Add your own custom features. It was designed in a generic format
to meet your
individual needs and more.
