Basic knowledge of Windows 95.

Before you download, please create a New Folder:  NRDS31 then download V06.EXE to NRDS31.

After You have downloaded the software from the next screens, you should then:

Double click V06.EXE in the NRDS31 folder. This will "Unpack" and add several files to the
NRDS31 folder.

Highlight the README.TXT file in NRDS31 and double click that file for further instructions.
