I offered to you component OCX - Gif89. With this component you can create form like this about.gif (15459 bytes)

two lights are Gif89 files which you can see on Internet. This component was written by me on Visual C++ 5.0 with Atl 2.0 and doesn't require any dll. It is absolutely free.
