All candidates are hired on a merit basis. Merit in this case is a little different from
its original meaning in normal context. Here merit involves the willinggness to learn, the
background of the prospective candidate, overall behavior, his/her approach to the future
and obviously some form of computer background. Since this institute is a welfare based
one, the most truly deserving student will be given a place and an opportunity to make a
