The top halve of the screenshot runs in 16 bit color mode and those faces only need 16 colors to be happy...
Okay, it may be not very original, but from all the different versions of this game out there a lot of them don't meet the level of quality of this one.
It's totaly free, does not require installation, does not write in the registry and does not create or modify any files on your system... it's just one .exe file.
To remove it is to just delete it... it's only 250 kB to download so why don't you :o)
