1. These graphics are free-for-a-link. Thatt simply means that on EVERY PAGE where you use one or more
of my graphics you must provide a link back to http://katrina.hypermart.net/ and use the linkback logo buttons that
I have provided on this site. Iit must be provided on every page where you use one or more of my graphics.
These graphics are for personal home pages only, not for professional, business, commercial, non-profit
organizations. Please note if you are interested in any images, similar or not please E-mail me. Or if you are a
business or non-profit organization and would like to use my graphics please email me for the licensing
information.

2. Sets are just that, and pieces cannot be used alone or with graphics not belonging to the set. However you
may use graphics, like links to other sites, awards and things of that nature.

3. None of these graphics may be redistributed or resold. They may not be included on a compilation CD or in
a free graphics archive or graphics collection site on the WWW or anywhere else for that matter, without my
knowledge and written premission. Regardless if your spider or any other electronic device picks up my images
you are responsible. You must get written permission from me.

4. Please do not link to my graphics. Save them to your own hard drive. I may change links at any time and
reserve to take down any graphics which I feel are being stolen. You might find your lovely rose-hued button
replaced with a naked picture of my ex-husband one day.

5. You may not edit these graphics in "any" way. That means resize, color, thumbnail, etc. Although you may
add your own text to the blank images, such as the splash page elements, buttons and title graphics. But adding
text does not make the work yours.

6. Also, you may not use "any" of the graphics that are used to decorate the Machinations web pages. "This site
and it's contents may not be reproduced in total or in part without the author's express written permission."

8. None of these graphics may be used on any site depicting pornography, child abuse, human rights abuse,
racial slurs, or any other material which might be deemed similarly offensive or abusive, or which is illegal.
These are my creations and while I give them to the community at large, I still reserve sole discretion as to
where they may be used.
