Here are some scenarios for SP2 I have collected.  IF YOU ARE THE MAKER OF ONE OF THESE, PLEASE TELL ME SO I CAN GIVE YOU CREDIT!!!

Taps For the USMC
It is 2013, after years of no major wars but severe economic problems, rapidly shrinking defense budgets, and scandals and poor PR by the USMC. The weapons of the 1990s are still in use. Recently, Congress has axed the entire Marine Corps.  A few Marines are transferred to the Army but most are laid off. All Marine installations have been sold to real estate developers. But 300 Marines refuse to leave Camp Pendleton and have vowed to defend it to the death. Negotiations have failed. The President has decided that the rule of civilian law must be upheld. He orders reluctant US Army units to occupy the headquarters, but try not to kill too many Marines and (secondarily) try to avoid damage to civilian structures, especially the shopping mall and Interstate 5. Army has superior weapons, the Marines have superior morale
Crossing the Canal
With America rejecting their Socialist dogma and with
impeach hearings starting up, Bill Clinton declares Martial Law.
Using the fear of crime and militias as impetus, Clinton suspends the
Constitution and forms a national police corps. Ordering the
Military to disarm the civilian population, pitched battles between
the military and civilian population erupt.
Not all units go along. The USMC refuses to follow the order to shoot
any civilians in possession of firearms. Marine units and some army units
rebel. They arrest officer and enlisted men who murdered civilians.
They fortify their bases and await the assault.
One unit 1st Battalion, 25th Marines has managed to secure Otis AFB/ Camp
Edwards ARNG base. They have also come into possession of 155 mm
Nuclear Artillery shells.
As commander of A Company, 1st Battalion, 69th Armored Regiment, You
are ordered by the local NPC commander to secure Camp Edwards and
recover the Nukes. Your orders also include annihilating all Marines as
traitors to cause.
When Diplomacy Fails
"Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States."
"Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to be brief right now due to the nature of the situation we are facing.
"As you know, the United States has adopted a  zero tolerance' policy towards weapons of mass destruction. These include chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, most of them originally developed during the cold war. I believe it is the responsibility of the United States, as a leader of the global community, to take the lead in the dismantling and neutralization of these relics as we move into the 21st century. As a nation, we cannot allow irresponsible parties to gain access to these weapons. I believe this policy is a strong step towards curbing the threat of international terrorism.
"In the past 72 hours, the nation of Iraq has repeatedly refused to allow United Nations inspectors access to three large processing facilities near the city of Basra, in southern Iraq. Overwhelming evidence, including Iraq's refusal to allow inspectors into these facilities, leads us to believe that these plants are being used to produce chemical weapons. We cannot allow this to continue.
"The United States has made the first move to send a strong, clear message to the Iraqi government. A task force of Army Special Forces troops are now embarking into Iraq. Under their escort, the United Nations will once again ask permission to inspect these sites. If this request is refused, we will be forced to capture these facilities and open them to the inspection of the UN. Upon subsequent inspection, the UN Special Commission on Unconventional Weapons will decide if these plants should be demolished."I ask that each American rally their support and prayers for our troops tonight. It is my absolute hope that this situation may be resolved without bloodshed. I implore the Iraqi government to allow common sense to prevail so that our nations may continue on peacefully.
"Thank you all for your attention."

0412 HRS GMT
15 mi SW of Basra, Iraq
Ten minutes ago, thousands of miles across the globe, the President announced the intention of the United States to enforce the new UN ban on chemical weapons by force. You are the commander of the 6th Special Forces Battalion. The unit, comprised entirely of US Army Rangers, has been in the region for three weeks training for this assault. As the President began his speech, the 15 helicopters comprising your assault group lifted off from Bandas-Al-Quadar AFB in Saudi Arabia  and began the approach to the target area. En route, a final request was made by UN inspectors to enter the facility. They were denied. Your men are moving in.  Your mission is to neutralize Iraqi forces located in and around all three sites and capture each plant so that the UN teams may safely inspect them. Expect to meet with Iraqi Special Forces troops picked from the Republican Guards divisions, plus some light tanks and guns. Several bunkers located around the facility may provide some problems as well. It is dawn, so visibility is limited, but this should help cover your approach. Good luck.
Assault on Barstow
On June 22, 1998 news is leaked describing a governmental conspiracy
to prepare the United States for the new World Order.  In protest, many
of the States refuse to pay their taxes until the government officials,
including the President, step down from office; they refuse.  In response,
Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas separate from government
control.  The next day North and South Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska and
Wyoming succeed.

In order to prevent other States from doing likewise, the President
sends in Federal troops to restore his jurisdiction; most of the States
east of the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers silently topple over night.  On
June 24, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and
Wisconsin side with the other secessionists.
On June 25, Federal troops from Forts Mead, Knox, Campbell and Leonard
Wood smash into Indiana and Ohio.  By midday they are upon the borders
of Michigan.  In Michigan the National Guard rebels and refuses to move.
The governor calls for volunteers and immediately the 30,000 strong
Michigan Militia force, With cries of "I told you so" rise to the defense
of the State.  They are joined by other volunteers and together they
fight off the first waves of Federal troops.
Meanwhile, back in Washington State, the President activates the
Federals at Fort Lewis.  Two forces are dispatched, one to Seattle and
Portland.  The governors of Oregon and Washington activate their Guard;
six hours later Seattle and Portland are under siege.
In California, Governor Wilson decides to get a jump on the President.
Word has it that the Federals at Forts Irwin and Twenty-nine Palms are
about to move.  In haste, the 40th Infantry Division (Mechanized) is
sent to prepare defenses to face the threat.  Near Barstow elements of
the 578th Engineer, 185th Armor, 160th Infantry, 442nd Antitank, 426th
Civil Affair and other various units, together with Air Guard support,
wait in expectation as units from Irwin form up to attack.
