- Update the RoboCup '98 competitors list with the new information on team Leuven after
receiving some clarification from one of the team members from team Leuven via email. Name
of the leader and team name has changed. Update both the word document and the team
webpage on the Internet.
- Search for new RoboCup papers on the Internet. Spent three hours performing the
assignment.
- Sent emails to the team members of the team known as Leuven and authenticate the
clarification provided.
- Work on the project documentation, specifically on the 'Introduction' portion of the
report. Create graphs to explain the organisational structure of Kent Ridge Digital Labs.

- Search for information on the issues surrounding autonomous agents. Retrieved some
information on two websites that pertains to the information I am searching for. Analyse
the facts and records down some information, summarise it and record it down on my word
document.
- Search for new RoboCup papers. Manage to find a websites that belongs to Gal A. Kaminka,
a webpage entitled Gal A. Kaminka:
Publications, papers are from authors like Tambe, M (found 1 paper, name it as
tambe5.zip), Kaminka, G. A (found 4 papers, name them as kaminka1.zip, kaminka2.zip,
kaminka3.zip, kaminka4.zip, kaminka5.zip).
- Read visual basic textbooks known as '1001 programmers VB tips', concentrate at the
chapter on creating status bar (using time delays).
- Work on the report documentation, spent two hours on the 'Introduction' portion of the
report. Standardise the format of the information in it.

- Report documentation, work on the 'Work in the company' portion of the report, list down
the problems and solutions to the assignments previously carried out. Fill in the missing
information on the 'Solution to problems and difficulties' portion.
- Search for information on issues surrounding autonomous agents. Upon acquiring the
sites, select the relevant information. Information that are selected are those that
pertains to autonomous agents affecting robots.
- Work on the visual basic program. Try to debug the program further, work on the abort
command that is appended to the 'END' command button to terminate the current process of
validating the urls.

- Search for information on issues affecting robotic autonomous agents, for RoboCup.
Gather the information upon analysing, and record them down in the word document.
- Spent two hours searching for new RoboCup papers. Went into a website known as Minds for Robots: Agents that Plan,
Execute, and Learn, by one of the RoboCup competitors from the team CMUnited, Manuela
Veloso and her colleague. Found two new related papers to RoboCup and zip it into the
new.zip folder. Name the zipped postscripts z1.zip and z2.zip.
- Found one RoboCup paper in Astro Teller
website, name it andre2.zip. Found two new papers in a website known as Soccer
Resource Page, name it stone8.zip and stone9.zip.
- Work on the visual basic program. Remove the abort command as it creates many errors
when it is appended to the 'END' command button. Try to use other alternatives beside the
abort command.

- Search for new RoboCup papers on the Internet. Spent three hours doing the assignment.
Come across some redundant papers and sites.
- Rectify the RoboCup bibliography in my local robobib directory (file name index). Remove
some redundant papers previously inserted in it and sort the bibliographies according to
the alphabetical order. Both, in the RoboCup section and the related papers section.
- Find information on issues affecting autonomous agents, applied in robotics. Went into a
website known as Robotics,
and look through the information found there. Information that are validated are those
information under 'University Robotics' section.

autonomous agents, specifically on robotics.

Week
twelfth is a week full of acquisition work if I should say. The things I did for this week
is mainly searching and acquiring some new RoboCup papers form website belonging to
members of the RoboCup team. I went into some well-known RoboCup personnel from renowned
teams like the Dreamteam and CMUnited. They have released some new information on RoboCup
upon finishing their meetings on the research they did on that issue. I also did some
updating work on one of the RoboCup team from Belgium. Team Leuven has changed its team
name to Kulrot. The team leader has also changed. All information pertaining to these
amendments has been amended. I also touch on the report documentation, on the
‘Introduction’ and the ‘Work in the company’ portion. Basically the
information on the ‘Work in the company’ portion is nearly done, and some
corrections has been made to the vague information. Clarifications are obtained from KRDL
staffs and company documentation obtained from some of the KRDL staffs. I also work on my
visual basic program, enhancing its features and solving its errors. These two procedures
are no doubt carried out every week during the attachment.
