I currently accept Master Card, Visa and Discover thru Authorize.net (a secure credit card processing center). There are no minimum or maximum order amounts for purchases from my site. As the credit card acceptance is in real time, you will be approved or denied on the spot. However, I reserve the right to deny acceptance of your card if your name and address do not match. I have had several charge backs because of addresses not matching and will not accept cards unless the information is a match. If your information doesn't match and you have been approved, I will credit the amount of the purchase back to your card. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but I do not want to accept any stolen cards either. Thank you in advance for understanding.
I give you 24 hours as a cancellation period in the event that you order the reading and then decide a few hours later that you don't want it. As the credit card transactions are in real time, if you do change your mind within the first 24 hours your card will be credited for the amount of the purchase. After 24 hours I will do your reading and you will not be refunded the amount of the reading.
If you purchase jewelry or accessories, you may return it within 3 business days of receipt for a full refund if the merchandise is in its original condition. If it has been damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund. If it is damaged in transit from you to me, you will need to file a report with the carrier to be reimbursed for transportation damages.
The reading that I give you is personal and private and is only for you. I don't talk about the reading with anyone. I usually don't remember details of the reading after completion as I am just a vessel for the information to flow through. I don't release any information such as email addresses etc. to anyone at all and I definitely don't sell any information to anyone. If you have experienced psychic phenomena that you want included in my book I must have your written permission to use it. My reading with you will be completely confidential.
All readings will be sent through email.
Please make sure that the email address you give me is up to date and working properly. I can't be held responsible if you give me a nonworking email address. No refunds will be given for this reason.
Jewelry and accessories are shipped via the United States Post Office Priority Mail.
I do not give refunds once I give someone a reading. This is completely understandable as there will be people who want a reading and will then say that they didn't believe it or that that the reading wasn't applicable to them just so they can get it for free. It takes effort, concentration and time on my part to do a reading and to get it to the person requesting it. I do not give credit card refunds or cash, money order refunds once the reading is done. I also do not give refunds if you do not receive your reading because your email isn't working. That's why I ask for additional email addresses several times. I want to make sure I can get the reading to you once I complete it.
By offering psychic readings to the public I understand that people will seek my services because they believe in my abilities as I believe in them. Many people consult psychics on a regular basis and follow their advice. I too have and will consult reputable psychics as it is difficult if not impossible to read for yourself when you are psychic. At least that is my situation.
When you order a reading from me I hope you find my impressions accurate to your life and relevant to your situation. I hope that my impressions are helpful to you. If I didn't feel that I could help I wouldn't be doing this. I do realize that there are some people who are in need of professional help from a medical doctor or from a psychiatrist or psychologist. Others may be seeing therapists or other professionals who are advising them with their situation due to medical or other reasons.
My site is not for the purpose of replacing the professional recommendations of any medical doctor or therapist in any medical field. I do not want you to use the impressions that I give you during my reading to replace of any advice that has been given to you by a professional person, doctor, therapist or member of any professional medical field. I hope you understand that I am saying this because it is best for you. Anyone who is obtaining professional help should continue to do so and not substitute anything from my reading for what your doctor has told you to do.
