First of all, all the songs I will tab off of Hellbilly Deluxe will be tuned 
to "Drop C" as I call it. Just imagine Drop D tuning and take it a whole step 
lower (C, G, C, F, A, D). This is what gives the album it's evil sound.
I have no idea what pedal Riggs uses for this intro. Sounds like vibrato. 
Maybe it's a keyboard?
