Before downloading any files, please make sure you have read the disclaimer!!

Helpful features: as well as showing the file sizes, which you might use to get a general idea how big or small a file is, you can also use them to check a file, after you have downloaded it, or if you've got it from some where else, to see if it matches the one listed (compare the 2 file sizes). You can also do the same (comparison) with the CRC (32 bit CRC). This is a nearly 100% way of finding out if the file you've got, is 100% the same as what I have provided. The chance of your file having the same CRC and being different, are like 0.0000001% !! If you've downloaded a file, and it matches the file size, but doesn't seem to work (let say, an archive gives errors, when you're trying to open it), then check the CRC. If they're different, then you've got some kinda corruption to your file. If they match, then maybe I've made available a dud file, or you're using different and non-compatible software to open/process the file. I've also made available CRC.EXE which is used to find out what the CRC of any file is. There are other ways to do this, but CRC.EXE is one of the simplest. Good luck!
