Opened in February 2000 Christine's Dim Sum cafe has already carved its own niche among the many fine restaurants in Cheadle. Owner Christine, having worked for many years in some of China Towns premier restaurants, understands fully what's required to make her own venture a success.

Her philosophy is simple - never compromise on quality yet offer value for money, create a warm friendly environment and allow everyone to relax - and we are happy to say she's succeeded on all counts.

The concept of Chinese Tapas is refreshingly different and gives a new twist on this already popular cuisine. The idea is for flexible dining, you may pop in for a glass of wine and nibbles from the Tapas menu, or indulge in a more lavish main course or full banquet. Perfect for lunch (special daytime menu) or a quick bite on the move, Christine's concept works exceptionally well in today's busy times.

The restaurants dining area's cover two floors and are beautifully decorated in shades of pastel yellow. The informal table layout makes for a friendly atmosphere and overall the feel is of relaxed calm.

A selection of fine wines to compliment your meal and a fully licensed bar make it a perfect choice for an evening out.

Christine's can be booked for private parties or corporate occasions and can offer set or tailored menus to suit your requirements.
