Ford Dickinson and his business partner have
created culinary adventures the world over for twenty years and
presently incorporating their outside catering company 'The Herb
& Spice Garden' with their proud ownership of Hale's
'Food
For Thought'.
Specialists
in fine purveyors of good food, high standards of service and
excellence in economical produce, make this delicatessen one of
quality and distinction.
The deli salads and soups are all
produced daily in the shop's kitchens including hot meals of the
day. Amongst the dedicated team at Food For Thought is an
in-house Pastry Chef, providing a beautiful assortment of fresh
breads, cakes, biscuits, pastries and a whole host of sweet
delicacies every day of the week.
Shelf upon shelf
are displays of ranges in preserves, condiments, pickles and
sauces, plus a beautiful selection of international oils and
vinegars. Included amongst the inviting array of herbs, spices,
teas, coffee's, dried fruit and vegetables, pastas, pulses and
rice are the unique Cottage Delight label speciality foods and
The Patchwork Traditional Food Company pates.
Within the
delicatessen counter a host of fresh meats, salamis and fish are
displayed. Not to mention the amazing variety of cheeses.
The Herb &
Spice Garden offers outside catering of the highest quality.
Duncan and his team can provide for all your needs catering from
ten people upwards, depending upon your requirements. The menu's
display an excellent range of cuisine from cold buffet lunch's
salad bars, seafood platter's, the delightful canapé menu
or you may choose a selection from the spectacular a la carte.
The Herb &
Spice Garden specialise in delivering their service to all
corporate events, permanent business contracts, private
celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings,
functions, funerals, and seasonal gathering.
