Established in 1973, this prestigious restaurant is without doubt one of the premier restaurants in the NorthWest of England. This is confirmed by continuously high ratings in all other major food guides.

The cuisine is French and the "A La Carte" menu is beautifully prepared and exquisitely presented and what immediately impresses is that it focuses its attention on well selected dishes for each course.

Head Chef Kevin Lofthouse is obviously serious about his craft and maintains extremely high standards in his kitchen.

As a supplement to the main menu there are daily specials (ask to be advised) and a "Menu Surprise" consisting of eight tasting courses, from Canapes to Coffee. And finally, the wine list is impressive and compliments the food perfectly.
