You will find the Sor Torn Thai Restaurant nestling amongst some of Stockport's oldest and most historic buildings in the old market place adjacent to St. Mary's Church. Under new management since November 1999 the new owners have continued to build on an already solid reputation for quality. The menu is extensive with a good selection of starters, well chosen main courses and an appealing list of sweet options. There are also good choices for vegetarians.

All food is freshly prepared on the premises and some specialist dishes do require a little extra preparation time so enquire when booking your table.  There is a genuine real authentic Thai feel to food at the Sor Torn which is a testament to the restaurants policy of employing only Thai Chef's. Look out for some new editions coming to the menu soon.

The drinks list includes genuine Thai beers such as the very popular Singha beer and also Thai Rice Whiskey as well as several carefully chosen wines.

The dining area covers two floors with the lower floor reserved for non-smoking clients.

5.30pm - 11.00pm  Monday - Saturday.
