Ian's New Hotline Server

Have you heard about a new internet based bulliten board system called Hotline.  Actually it has been around now for quite some time.  But only now is it starting to catch on.  The Hotline system is actually comprised of servers and clients much the same way that internet web pages work.  However it is all free.   You can be your own file server and serve out files from your hard drive or simlpy go looking for files on other servers.  All the servers are l indexed via servers called trackers.  The trackers are servers that you can log into and use to find listed servers.
