Well, this essay will be some special, i won't write everything, i must have the crackme youselfh and check it, cous that i will only give you some hints in this tutorial.

Look for $Mid and as you can see in the code so are the crackme taking you name and checking the leght adn that shit. OK, now we not that, lets continue..
longer down so can you see that i are taking every char in you name and are giving it a number. A = 56 B = 66 C = 67 and so on. These number's are the ASCII number for that charter. In the first char so are nothing happening bit when the nedt charaters are converted so can i see one line __vbaVarAdd, and if you are looking in that line so can you see that i are taking the number wich was bedore the charater that you are on now and area adding them. And that are happening all the way down, and in the end so can you see that it are taking the final result og the charater's and are adding them to 4242424, and are putting 31337 in the end og the serial. Can u see that ?
