Billy Bear's Bullet, Icons, & Clipart This is an absolutely terrific site for whimsical art (animals, holidays, kids, school etc.) designed for the young at at heart. Highly professional work, and an enormous selection. The only reason it didn't rate five stars was because the site itself could use some work to bring down the clutter factor.
Bimsan's Web Graphics Nice selection of well-done matched sets and a good selection of other elements. Good design sense and professional quality work.
Blue Planet Gifs Good selection of cartoon-style gifs - well-done and very appealing. Twenty categories including animals, holidays, nature, etc.

CUSAGC Scouting Clipart Collection This large collection of images collected from many print sources should be valuable not just to scouts but to lots of people who need outdoor and animal images, nothing fancy but well organized.
Equizotic All original horse clipart. If you love horses this site will set your heart to pitty-patting. Some of it is pretty basic, but there are a few gorgeous images and backgrounds!
FOUR BEES - Free Web Graphics Good sized colletion of original bars, buttons, borders, backgrounds etc. Site is easy to negotiate and it's easy to find what you want, but be prepared to browse some of the collections by picking through a list of number 'names'. But it's worth the digging.
Free Art This collection by Harlan Wallach is not large, but it contains some unusual elements I've not seen elsewhere, like some beautiful ornate Victorian letters and metallic bars and buttons. Nice work!

Billiard Clip Art Ranges from average to terrific but a nice selection.
Catnip Calico's Animal Design Studio Animal sets, icons, bars etc. An interesting collection of 'warm fuzzy' images, but you have to plow through a lot of stuff to get to them.
ClipArt-Gallery for WebDesigners Much of the clip art in this well-organized site is borrowed from other sources, but there are still some amusing elements I'd not seen before, like this little waving 'doodle'. Hi Mom!

GraphMax Bars, buttons, some nice backgrounds, a few matched sets. Mostly bright, not for those who treasure subtlety.
